Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add oats and plant milk to a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes until creamy.
  3. Transfer oats to a serving bowl.
  4. Top with berries, chia seeds, flaxseed, and walnuts.
  5. Drizzle with honey.
  6. Finish with cinnamon.
  7. Add Greek yogurt if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen berries for convenience and extra antioxidants. Ground flaxseed improves omega-3 absorption.
