Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose green tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick or ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: slice of lemon
  • Optional: ½ tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small pot or kettle.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavor.
