Dubai Chocolate Strawberries are a luxurious no-bake dessert layered with silky melted chocolate, crispy kataifi pastry, rich pistachio cream, and fresh strawberries. A viral sensation for good reason—this dessert cup is quick, elegant, and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup kataifi, chopped and toasted
  • ¾ cup pistachio cream or pistachio butter
  • ½ cup crushed pistachios
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved or quartered

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add kataifi and toast for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in pistachio cream, and fold in crushed pistachios.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  4. In clear dessert cups, layer ¼ cup strawberries, 2 tbsp melted chocolate, and 4 tbsp pistachio-kataifi mix. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with extra pistachios. Chill briefly before serving.

Notes
