1 cup frozen mango chunks
¾ to 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or almond milk
1–2 tbsp fresh lemon or orange juice
½ tsp turmeric (fresh grated or ground powder)
Pinch of black pepper
½ to 1 banana (optional)
2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt (optional)
Handful of ice cubes
Optional Boosters:
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp fresh ginger
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 tsp grated turmeric root
1 Medjool date or splash of maple syrup (for added sweetness)
