A tropical smoothie that blends ripe mango with anti-inflammatory turmeric and a burst of citrus. This golden glow-up is Jack & Lisa’s daily go-to for better digestion, clearer skin, and serious belly bloat relief. Light, creamy, and packed with nutrients — it’s like sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • ¾ to 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or almond milk

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon or orange juice

  • ½ tsp turmeric (fresh grated or ground powder)

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • ½ to 1 banana (optional)

  • 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt (optional)

  • Handful of ice cubes

  • Optional Boosters:

    • 1 tsp chia seeds

    • ½ tsp fresh ginger

    • 1 scoop collagen peptides

    • 1 tsp grated turmeric root

    • 1 Medjool date or splash of maple syrup (for added sweetness)

Instructions

  • Prepare mango, banana (if using), citrus juice, and fresh turmeric or ginger.

  • Pour coconut water or almond milk into your blender first.

  • Add citrus juice, yogurt (optional), mango, banana, turmeric, black pepper, and any boosters.

  • Add a handful of ice.

  • Blend on low to break down fruit, then on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and velvety.

  • Taste and adjust consistency with more liquid or ice if needed.

  • Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with chia seeds or mango slices if desired.

Notes

Use ripe mango for natural sweetness. Don’t skip the pinch of black pepper — it significantly enhances turmeric absorption. Chill your glass before pouring for that refreshing, spa-like feel. Drink slowly and mindfully — it’s more than a smoothie, it’s a ritual.
