A stunning no-bake treat featuring layers of fresh strawberries, creamy pistachio butter, and rich melted chocolate with a crispy kataifi crunch. Inspired by viral Dubai chocolate bars, this dessert cup version brings a Middle Eastern flair to chocolate-covered strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 oz kataifi, chopped
  • 1 cup pistachio butter or cream
  • 2 tbsp tahini (optional)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 lbs strawberries, halved
  • Ground pistachios for topping

Instructions

  1. Toast kataifi with butter over medium-high heat for 10 min. Remove and stir in pistachio butter and tahini.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time.
  3. In clear dessert cups, layer: strawberries, chocolate drizzle, pistachio-kataifi cream. Repeat.
  4. Top with ground pistachios. Chill for 10 min before serving.

Notes

Store in fridge for up to 5 days. Best enjoyed within 48 hours for freshest taste.
