Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup almond milk or water
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup chilled green tea
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients from your selected smoothie combo into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If using seeds, let the smoothie sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Sip slowly and enjoy immediately.
  5. Try drinking first thing in the morning or mid-afternoon for best fat-burning results.

Notes
