Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with ‘the mother’)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a large glass or mason jar.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and honey.
  3. Stir well (or shake if using a jar with a lid).
  4. Top with cold water and ice cubes.
  5. Stir again before drinking to mix any settled cinnamon.

Notes
