A food-based wellness drink inspired by Mounjaro, using natural ingredients to support weight loss, digestion, and energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Optional: ½ tsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in a glass.
  2. Add the grated ginger and Himalayan salt.
  3. Pour in warm water and stir.
  4. Optionally, mix in raw honey if preferred.
  5. Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or before meals to support digestion.

Notes

Add mint leaves, green tea, or cinnamon for variation. This drink supports hydration, digestion, and gentle detox.
