Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1.5 to 2 cups filtered water
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or a slice of fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Add raw apple cider vinegar to a glass or mason jar.
  2. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
  3. Add the pink salt.
  4. Pour in filtered water and stir well.
  5. Optional: Add honey or ginger, stir again.
  6. Drink slowly, preferably in the morning before breakfast.

Notes

Always dilute the vinegar in water to protect your throat and teeth. Use a straw if possible, and listen to your body—adjust ingredients as needed for taste and tolerance.
