  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
