Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 12 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose leaf
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with ‘the mother’)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder + pinch black pepper
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Cucumber slices
  • 1½ cups hot or warm water per recipe

Instructions

  1. Ginger Lemon Tea: Simmer sliced ginger in hot water 5–7 min. Add lemon juice and honey. Stir and enjoy.
  2. Green Tea with Cinnamon: Steep green tea 2–3 min. Add cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon. Let sit 5 min before sipping.
  3. Mint and Cucumber Tea: Steep mint leaves in hot water 5 min. Add cucumber slices. Chill for iced tea or drink warm.
  4. Apple Cider Vinegar Tea: Stir ACV, honey, and cinnamon into warm water. Add lemon juice if desired.
  5. Turmeric Detox Tea: Mix turmeric, black pepper, lemon juice, and honey into hot water. Stir or shake well before drinking.

Notes

Drink 1–2 cups daily for best results. Adjust sweetness to taste. Start with less vinegar if new to ACV. Always steep green tea lightly to avoid bitterness. For turmeric tea, black pepper boosts absorption.
