This green detox smoothie is packed with spirulina, leafy greens, frozen fruit, and fiber-rich seeds to energize, hydrate, and cleanse your body naturally. It’s your new go-to morning ritual for glowing wellness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water (chilled)
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder (green or blue)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds (pre-soaked optional)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 pitted date or 1 tsp maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Add liquid (almond milk or coconut water) to the blender first.
  2. Add spirulina powder and flax/chia seeds.
  3. Layer in spinach or kale, followed by frozen banana and mango.
  4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add more liquid to thin if desired.
  6. Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Garnish with chia seeds or citrus zest, if desired.

Notes

Use blue spirulina for a milder taste and vibrant aqua color—great for kids!

Pre-soak flax or chia seeds for a smoother texture.

For added protein, blend in Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, or pea protein powder.
