This ultra-refreshing smoothie is Jack’s go-to belly reset—cooling cucumber, calming mint, and a citrus zing come together to soothe digestion, beat bloat, and hydrate you from the inside out.

Ingredients

  • ½ large cucumber, chopped
  • Handful fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the cucumber (leave skin on if organic).
  2. Add cucumber, mint, lemon juice, honey, water, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust texture with more water or ice as needed.
  5. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

Use fresh mint and real lemon juice for best flavor. Drink cold, preferably after a heavy meal or when you need a light, hydrating reset. Optional: add a slice of ginger or swap in pineapple for a tropical twist.
