Ingredients

1 cup warm filtered water

1/4 tsp Persian blue salt

1/8 tsp baking soda

Instructions

1. Warm water to room temperature.

2. Add blue salt and stir until dissolved.

3. Add baking soda and mix well.

4. Drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes
