A refreshing, fat-burning tea combining green tea and berries to support metabolism, digestion, and energy levels naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose leaf green tea
  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp grated ginger (optional)
  • 34 mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 cup water + ice

Instructions

  1. Brew your green tea and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a blender, add berries, lemon juice, ACV, ginger, and mint.
  3. Pour in the brewed green tea and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain if desired for a smoother finish.
  5. Pour over ice and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Make a large batch and store in mason jars for up to 2 days in the fridge.
