This beef and green bean casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and satisfying dinner that’s easy to prep and perfect for any weeknight meal.

2 (14.5 oz) cans green beans, drained

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Brown the ground beef and onions in a skillet. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

4. In a 9×13 baking dish, layer the green beans at the bottom.
