Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • ¾ cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple to the blender first — frozen or fresh.
  2. Pour in the ACV, lemon juice, and water.
  3. Add ginger and honey (if using).
  4. Toss in a few ice cubes if needed.
  5. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust with more lemon or honey if desired.

Notes

Use frozen pineapple instead of ice for a slushier texture. Add green tea or cinnamon for an extra metabolism boost. Start with 1 tsp of ACV if you’re new to it and build up as your taste adjusts.
